Several Monarchs around, feeding on New England Asters.

Clouded Sulphur (Colias philodice).

Possibly a hybrid between Clouded and Orange Sulphurs.

Orange Sulphur (Colias eurytheme).

A rather elderly American Lady (Vanessa virginiensis).

A similarly elderly Great Spangled Fritillary (Speyeria cybele).

The first Praying Mantis I've seen in years.

He's busy grooming; specifically chewing his own toes.

Seed eating Large Milkweed Bugs (Oncopeltus fasciatus).

Adults and two nymphal stages present together.  (The adults are probably of the same generation, not parents nurturing their young.)

A Syrphid Fly bee mimic.

New England Asters were mostly kinda beat already.
