On Sunday, whoever has arrived by 7:00 P.M. is welcome
to gather informally in our hotel lobby. We'll find somewhere close
for a Dutch-treat dinner. If you arrive later, ask at the front
desk where we've gone.
On Monday, March 30, we will begin our "formal"
meeting at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast in our meeting room, adjourning
for the day at around 5:00 p.m. Thursday night's dinner is a special
treat: Wildfire

On Tuesday, March 31st, we'll meet from 8:00 until
noon. Again, breakfast will be available in our meeting room as
we get started. Those who don't have to rush off to the airport
are welcome to stay for lunch and informal conversation. We'll have
the meeting room for the afternoon if you'd like to use it, or you
may wish to arrange some time elsewhere with Booz Allen Hamilton
staff who share interests with you.

Driving
from AIRPORTS to the CROWN PLAZA HOTEL:
There
is no hotel-owned shuttle available from either airport. Driving

They also provide a MapQuest link for anyone driving from home to
the hotel.

We'll be staying at the Crown Plaza Hotel
a short walk or shuttle bus ride away from our meeting location.
(I'll have a car we can use too.)
Reservations: A block of 15 rooms has been
reserved under "STEP" for March 29, 30 - Check out March
31. Additionally, the hotel will hold 8 rooms for the additional
night of March 31 (check out April 1) should anyone decide to stay
over.
To get the special Booz Allen STEP group rate,
you must make your reservations by March 6th!
Price per night - $189.00 + tax: TOTAL $206.01/night (That includes
internet and parking)
If you make your reservations after March 6, the price will increase
to $201 + tax: TOTAL $219.09/night
