OPTION 1 - Everything on one page in abbreviated form. Links lead to documents (Word, PDF, PPT, etc.) housing content, or to external resources like our Breeze courses. (The team decided against this option.)

OPTION 2 - We use a "Landing Page" and a series of sub-pages defined by initiatives.

OPTION 3 - Randi Sosnow suggested we add another level of sub-menus, grouping our initiatives into several "buckets": Development and Reviews. (She had suggested a third bucket for New Employee Resources but since there was only the one item, I didn't think it would make sense to users.) This adds Landing Pages for Development and Reviews - but I don't know what content we could put there.
