September 3rd: First Day of School

Here are some pictures of Hazel all dressed up and ready for her first day of school. She is just doing three hours in the morning for the first few days and next week she'll do the same plus stay for her lunch.

She was very excited this morning...bouncing around the house like a looney.

She was a bit quieter when we actually got into the classroom but we got her set up with some colouring and left her to it.

September 20th.Today after Hazel's swimming lesson we headed into Macclesfield for a fun day at South Park. There was live music, a community dog show, birds of prey, rides and stalls.

Hazel had her face painted with a rainbow and a unicorn.

She was so brave with the owls. We've seen these owls before at Congleton park but she was barely brave enough to stroke the baby one. Today she happily put on the leather glove and held the little owl. In fact, she enjoyed it so much that a few minutes later she went back and did it again.
