Hazel's 4th Birthday! Hazel had a good day, I think. She was pretty tired out so I don't think she fully enjoyed our meal out at the Chinese restaurant. She's under the weather (yet again!) so that hasn't helped. Still, her presents were all a big hit and she and her nursery friends had a grand time decorating cupcakes with vanilla frosting and sprinkles. Nursery put a candle in one and everyone sang to her. David arrived at nursery to pick her up in time to see it so that was nice.

Hazel was a bit under the weather by the time to blow out the candles! |

Hazel's Bouncy Castle Party at the Congleton Leisure Center, February 2nd. Hazel chose a My Little Pony cake. David had the fun task of cutting it into 16 equal slices. |
|
Bouncy castle fun! A few knocks and bumps but nothing too traumatic. |
|
We spent time putting together a great cd of bouncing music but the motor that keeps the castle inflated was so loud that we couldn't hear a thing. Oh well! |

Hula Hoop potato crisps make great finger rings. It's almost compulsive. |

Hazel using her new spotty plate and cutlery. She really likes them. |

Hazel on her new bike. She's hardly had a chance to get out on it, but hopefully next weekend we'll have a chance to take it for a proper spin. |
